Noah at the premiere of "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never"

Wednesday, 9th February, Noah attended the premiere of "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never", at Nokia Theatre, in Los Angeles, with her mom, Tish, and sister Miley.

She is finnaly back to the red (or black) carpet with a beautiful dress by Un Deux Troix and red earrings. And it seems like she dyed her hair again...

On February 8th, Noah and Tish spotted out shopping in Toluca Lake - they to shop for Noah's dress for the movie "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" premiere at the clothing store "Un Deux Trois".

The pijamas is by Justice, from the past season (I saw it in the website, in the beggining of the Fall 2010 collection), so it´s not available anymore  =(
